City String Ensemble is a versatile and stylish ensemble which can cater for any occasion with a choice of string quartet, string trio or string duo. With a repertoire to suit all, we are certain to complement any event, be it big or small.

City String Ensemble provides professional live music entertainment for weddings, corporate functions and private parties. We have a pool of eight regular players as well as a team of very experienced deputy players at our disposal, ensuring we never miss your special occasion. Having all trained at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music & Drama, every player in CSE is a highly-accomplished musician in their own right and is passionate about delivering music of the highest quality to you and your guests. Having performed together at distinguished venues and events across London for over 6 years, CSE offers a touch of class, elegance and verve, certain to compliment any event. We can be booked in the form of a string quartet, trio or duo. If you are unsure of which type of ensemble is right for you, we would be happy to advise.
