Based in Warrington, Cheshire, Ruddies are specialists in making artisan stone baked Neapolitan style sourdough pizzas. They are baked under our easily transportable 3m x 3m gazebo and speedily in our Roccbox pizza oven using only the freshest vegetables and most authentic ingredients imported form Italy. We cultivate the dough over 2/3 days which produces a classic Neapolitan style which cooks in about 90 secs. As George is a qualified professional chef with 8 years in the industry, we have a wealth of knowledge in menu planning and can create a sourdough pizza buffet tailored to your event and budget including seasonal salads, pastas and desserts. Ruddies loves interacting with our customers and at larger events, we pull on other family members and become Team Rudd from Warrington.
