The son of two Salvation Army Majors, Adam draws inspiration from numerous musical styles and artists including Bombay Bicycle Club, Tommy Reilly, Three Blind Wolves, Foals and The Cribs. He has already played at events including the NME Awards after-party and at venues including Camden Proud Galleries, Brixton Jamm, Café 1001 and The Enterprise. A self-taught guitarist, Adam was signed by Chris Hill of Hillel Music in 2011 after Chris was passed Adam’s EP by a friend. Attracted by Adam's laid-back style and poignant lyrics, Chris quickly offered him a record contract: "There's something exceedingly captivating about Adam's stage presence. He has a unique tone to his voice, which makes him very memorable, and his song-writing talent is extraordinary."
