Rachel taught me how to hula hoop ... it was a difficult task for her but she managed to do it !! A fantastic class with expert tuition, lots of interaction and definitely lots of laughing . If you are considering doing any activity with Rachel don’t hesitate ... you will love it x

Rae was brilliant from the first phone call. She was really helpful in helping to work around the Firewalk event we were planning and had some great ideas which added to the event. On the day Rae was really friendly, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. We just left her to it to get on with it as she knew exactly what she was doing and what would work at the event! She was also very prompt in supplying all the paper work that was needed. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks Rae!
