We have been quietly serving the folks of the UK for almost 10 years now, just recently we decided to venture out all across the UK bringing our famous pit beef and bbq experience for everyone to enjoy. We are originally from north carolina and decided about 10 years ago that in order to get some good bbq over here we would have to do it ourselves.

I am a fully trained barista and run a mobile coffee business - your event is something I could definitely help with. My mobile café is a newly converted Mercedes Vito, with a state of the art espresso machine and grinder offering freshly ground coffee prepared to order. We also provide hot/cold food, cakes, milkshakes, protein shakes and smoothies

As my trailer is only 10ft by 6ft it’s great for small events and private parties, all staff have food hygiene and have been trained on allergies, etc. My trailer comes fully Insured with public liability insurance risk assessment and safer food better business, gas safety & Pat tested.

We can provide a comprehensive list of services in our very own Venue if you require one which is located in the beautiful country side of Hampshire. If you already have a venue in place we can also arrange Catering at most functions which include Family celebrations such as Christenings, Birthday Parties and Anniversaries and Weddings.

Betsy our 1950s vintage ice cream trailer or Tilly our ice cream trike serve traditional New Forest scooped ice cream, sorbets and vegan ice cream at any event. Ask us about our unlimited packages, great for guests that want more than one!
