We provide bold, chef-led seafood boil catering for private events, festivals, pop-ups, and garden parties.
Our packages include freshly cooked Southern-style seafood boils featuring crayfish, mussels, prawns, smoked sausage, red potatoes, corn, and buttery Cajun seasoning — served feast-style or in individual boxes.
Food is prepared and cooked live on-site, using professional equipment and safe handling practices. We bring everything needed, including serving gear, disposable trays, napkins, and full setup/clean down.
We offer flexible packages based on guest count, menu selection, and location, with optional add-ons like house slaw, dipping sauces, extra seafood, and custom spice levels.

Payment and Deposits
✅ Deposit Required to Secure Booking
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to lock in your event date. This covers prep, ingredients, and guarantees your slot.
💳 Payment Methods Accepted
Bank transfer (preferred), PayPal, or cash (by agreement). Card payments may be available at events depending on setup.
🕒 Final Balance
The remaining 75% is due 5 days before your event. No payment = no boil (and that’s just sad).
❌ Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll always try to reschedule where possible if you give us enough notice.

🔥 We bring the boil rig, chef station, serving gear, gloves, napkins, and clean down everything after. You just bring hungry people (and a hose if it’s muddy).

🌧 We’re used to the British weather. We’ve got a sturdy gazebo and can still serve unless it's monsoon-level madness.
Q: Do you need power or water?
⚡ No electric needed. Just a safe flat space to set up and ideally nearby access to water for handwashing and cleaning.
