Our Horsebox would be a fabulous addition to your event. You will find that all guests love ice cream and with some wonderful flavours there will be something for everyone. Picking a dessert for all your guests can be difficult, but with us you get upto eight different flavour choices as well as gluten free and dairy free options so everyone is catered for. We have catered at some prestigious events for the likes of Barbour, Disney, Microsoft, Coca Cola, Amazon, Netflix, Barbour, Warner Brothers. We have even had the privilege of catering for Royalty!

Squadron Leader Nick Clyburn is a former Air Traffic Controller with over 40 years of experience in both military and civilian air traffic control.  During his highly successful career, Nick rose through the ranks before working as a senior consultant in the air traffic control industry and then as a civilian air traffic controller and manager.  Born in Devon, he left to join the Royal Air Force at sixteen as a young ‘Cold War Warrior’.  His Royal Air Force career took him worldwide into operational conflicts and hostile environments.  He controlled some of the busiest airspaces and control centres worldwide and then facilitated strategic thinking and policies to keep them safe.  He now entertains audiences with his humourous after-dinner speeches and talks about Air Traffic Control and life in the Royal Air Force.

We will attend your event where your guests can buy drinks throughout the day. We request a £250 deposit this is returnable if the minimum £600 spend is reached.

Whatever the reason for a celebration I can document the fun, emotion and energy of your event while you enjoy the occasion. My photography is a documentary-style. I aim to narrate your special occasion from beginning to end with natural reportage imagery that authentically documents your event. I try to blend in as much as I can so I can document more of the genuine moments as they happen whilst also capturing all the little details.

For entertaining in excess of four hours, or after midnight, the fee is an additional £25 per person per half hour. Please note, we do not sing and bring disco instead so we can cater to all requests and tastes. Most clients prefer ceilidh until buffet and then disco afterwards, however because we bring disco with us we can be flexible if the ceilidh is going particularly well. We will arrive 1 hour beforehand to set up and soundcheck, ensuring everything is primed and ready to go at your chosen start time. All our sound and light equipment is PAT tested and we have public liability insurance of £10m. Our equipment comprises of 2 x QSC K12 speakers (1000w each) dB Technologies Cromo 8 monitor Lights - 2 x Chauvet 6 spot quad ISC, 2 x Chauvet Mini Kinta, 2 ADJ flood lights, 1 x Kam laser.
