I’m Claire and the owner of the copper tree bar. I decided I wanted to work for myself and decided to convert a horsebox in to a bar but mines different in appearance and after working in high end fashion for 15 years So I’m also all about the service you get along with the drinks we serve.

We serve “proper” barista coffee and run on gas so are silent and can be located almost anywhere as electric hook ups are not required. We offer a full range of coffees as well as teas, cold drinks and biscuit snacks. We are passionate about our business and use 918 Eco Roast Coffee which is fully sustainable and delicious. We are available for any events

When we were looking for the best way to deliver our coffee and food, we scoured the country for the best solution... An old van? A trailer ? A horsebox ? It had all been done before. We wanted to be sustainable, without being silly about it. So bamboo was the natural choice for the structure, with LPG providing the power for the espresso machine and van.
