When we were looking for the best way to deliver our coffee and food, we scoured the country for the best solution... An old van? A trailer ? A horsebox ? It had all been done before. We wanted to be sustainable, without being silly about it. So bamboo was the natural choice for the structure, with LPG providing the power for the espresso machine and van.

We have over 20 years coffee industry experience. We have used compostable cups and lids since 2017 and try to minimise our "footprint" wherever possible. We aim to make the best drinks, every time, by following the basic coffee making principles of using freshly roasted coffee (roasted within the last 3 months maximum), from a local small batch roastery (in Hampshire), not exposing the roasted coffee to light or air until it is needed, and not grinding the coffee until we are ready to produce a coffee with it. We clean the groups and pan handles every time they are used and we back-wash the coffee machine regularly to remove any used grounds. These simple steps make a huge difference to your coffee enjoyment !
