We aim to make the best drinks every time by following basic coffee-making principles: - Using freshly roasted coffee from a local small batch roastery in Hampshire, roasted within the last 3 months. - Ensuring the coffee is not exposed to light or air until needed. - Grinding the coffee only when ready to brew. We clean the groups and pan handles every time they are used and regularly back-wash the coffee machine to remove any used grounds. These simple steps make a huge difference to your coffee enjoyment!
