Meet Evie - the Eventsense concierge

Evie is our AI-powered concierge. Instead of filling in a form, you tell her about your event in a normal conversation and she puts your enquiry together and sends it to matching local suppliers, who reply with quotes. It is exactly the same enquiry as our standard form, just friendlier to fill in.

What happens to your details

Your privacy matters, so here is the plain-English version of where your information goes when you chat with Evie:

  • Your contact details are never shared with the AI. When Evie needs your name, email address and phone number, she shows a secure form instead of asking in the chat. What you enter there goes directly to Eventsense and is attached to your enquiry - it never becomes part of the AI conversation, so the AI provider never receives it.
  • Your enquiry is stored only in the Eventsense database - your contact and event details are saved with us exactly as if you had used the standard enquiry form, and shared only with the suppliers matched to your request so they can reply with a quote. We never sell your details and never use them for third-party advertising.
  • The conversation is processed securely to generate Evie's replies. Evie is powered by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. The chat messages you type are processed by Anthropic solely to produce Evie's responses - they are not used to train AI models, are not sold or shared, and are retained by Anthropic only for a short period for safety monitoring before deletion. For your privacy, avoid typing personal details like your email or phone number into the chat itself - the secure form is there so you never need to.
  • The chat itself stays in your browser. The transcript is kept locally on your device so the conversation survives moving between pages. It is deleted as soon as your enquiry is sent or you close the chat - we do not keep a copy of the conversation on our servers.
  • No account required, no marketing lists. Chatting with Evie does not sign you up to anything. You only hear from us and the matched suppliers about the enquiry you asked for.

Evie is experimental AI and can occasionally get things wrong. Before your enquiry is sent she will confirm the key details with you - please double-check anything important, especially dates and locations.
