Overview
Rainbow Eats is about eating a rainbow at every meal regardless of your dietary needs. I am an outside caterer and private chef specialising in vegan and vegetarian food and also have a wide repertoire of gluten free recipes and baking skills.
My catering ethos is to use local and organic ingredients where ever I can and in relation to the client’s budget. I would rather use a freshly gathered ingredient than an organic flown in one. My style of food is colourful and fresh, vibrant in how it looks and how it tastes. I understand how important it is to enable friends and family to eat together from shared dishes, desparying needs, and feel confident that I can provide dishes that everyone can enjoy.
