Swan & Dyer are able to offer period work in several different time periods: - Medieval using authentic instruments and costume: experienced in providing music for a variety of medieval events such as banquets, jousts, weddings, and park openings. Instruments used include the rare medieval keyed fiddle, the cow-horn, assorted bagpipes, and willow flute. - 17th century in period costume performing music based around the 1680s. - Victorian Music Hall in period costume, specialising in Victorian Christmas work. - Swedish costume music. - Bagpiper specialising in Burns nights, using the more authentic border pipes and also able to address the haggis. Past clients have included Warwick Castle, English Heritage, National Trust, IKEA, and various Christmas markets.
