Based in Bedminster, Bristol, 360 Pole Dancing offers authentic-style pole dancing lessons for adults of all ages and abilities. Pole dancing involves flowing dance, spins, and gravity-defying tricks using a polished vertical metal bar. Unlike PoleSports and Pole Fitness, authentic pole dancing includes the subtle movements and flourishes that make it a beautiful performance art, not just a workout. It can be sexy, sensual, and gymnastic, with a focus on fun, slinky moves, smooth transitions, flying spins, and impressive tricks. We add heels and floorwork to pay homage to the origins of our art in the strip clubs. Lessons are available as 6-week courses for beginners, and pay-as-you-go at all levels. We also offer private 1:1 lessons. 360 Pole Dancing provides party classes for hen and birthday celebrations.
