After working for over 20 years at Chaps in the states, I recently moved to the UK bringing you the freshness of a proper american style pit bbq. We serve beef, turkey, italian sausages, burgers, fresh chicken breasts and ham all grilled on the open flame pit, order your sandwich the way you like being rare, med rare, medium, med well or well. . Sliced thin.
