Award-winning international circus performer, Lisa added hula hooping to her repertoire three years ago and now offers Hen Parties, Birthday Parties, Team Building Corporate Workshops and anything in between related to hula hooping! She has been teaching circus since 2000, recently moving back to Cornwall, offering activities throughout Cornwall and Devon.

Offering hen parties, workshops, corporate team building events throughout Devon and Cornwall. A workshop/party generally lasts for one and a half to two hours, starting with a warm up and introduction, continuing on to learn some moves and combinations. Then, where appropriate, these moves are made into a routine set to music. Each activity teaches skills around the waist and hooping all over the body, with something for everyone to achieve. Lisa is experienced at putting everyone at ease within the first few moments of a workshop, regardless of age, size or ability.
