With a background in bar and restaurant operations, and having run over 1,500 successful events over the last few years, you just know your event is going to be in the right hands with "The Eventologist." We work with you to create the perfect activity for your group, then bring everything to you, either at home, work or wherever you are staying. Your group is divided into teams, who then enjoy some informal and fun competition while making five sensational cocktails! We are very flexible and adapt the content, pace and atmosphere to every individual booking, both through advance planning and as the activity unfolds. We do not deliver our services through any third party, we would rather regretfully advise we are unavailable, than risk our reputation or fall short on expectations - quite simply we want you to have an amazing time, while learning and enjoying the cocktails! RECOMMENDATION!! ♥️♥️ We would like to recommend CHARLES DENNY (EVENTOLOGIST) for his fabulous cocktail /mocktail masterclass. We had our daughters 18th Birthday party and he absolutely made it a roaring success (with all the loud cheer and noise). It was 3 full hours of fun with games and cocktail making. The girls absolutely loved it and can’t stop talking about it. He was great in understanding the age group and designing cocktails accordingly. The whole experience was well paced and relaxed to their needs, no rushing at all. Best part is he is very responsive and friendly. All you need is to get your gang together and provide a table and chairs. Covid compliant and very good with cleaning afterwards. Charlie was a great host and would highly recommend him for your events (corporate and personal).
Fantastic cocktail making class for our hen do!
We had an amazing cocktail masterclass with Charlie for our hen party in Ross-on-Wye. He made it a really fun competition-style event and even accommodated our request for a Harry Potter theme for the bride! He supplied all the glasses, equipment and ingredients and did all the set up and clearing away, which allowed us to continue on with the rest of our activities. There was excellent communication from him throughout and it really was great value for money! I would highly recommend Charlie's cocktail making class for any event you are hosting!
Fantastic Prohibition-themed cocktail making!
We had an absolutely amazing time - it was definitely the highlight of the hen do. Thankyou so much for all the effort you put in, especially dressing up in the theme, it made the night. The cocktail making activity was brill, and it was great to be able to make our own cocktails (to varying levels of success it has to be said!) rather than just watching a demonstration. I know that several of the hens have already talked about getting back in touch with you for their events, and I’ll certainly be recommending you to anyone who is looking for an activity for their event or hen do.

Charles and Petya hosted a fantastic cocktail event for my friend's hen party. The whole Wine Works team were very helpful and accommodating from the moment of booking and were happy to answer lots of my questions and queries leading up to the event. The cocktail evening they hosted for us was perfect entertainment-exactly what we were looking for. Each guest got to make and drink 6 fabulous cocktails and considering the amount of alcohol we got through, the event was brilliant value for money. The bride to be had a wonderful time and we can't thank you enough for helping to make her hen party so special!

Fantastic Hen Do activity
Cocktail making class topped off a fantastic hen weekend in Brecon. Charles was a very good host and taught us all a few new cocktails. Even some non-alcoholic ones for the pregnant ladies.
