Our core service includes the deployment of qualified medical personnel such as First Responders, FREC 3 & 4 medics, EMTs, and Paramedics, depending on the risk level and size of the event. We provide fully equipped medical stations, mobile response units, and, where required, private ambulances. We cover a wide range of events including sports competitions (including combat sports), festivals, school functions, religious gatherings, and community events. All staff are DBS-checked, uniformed, and trained in emergency response, safeguarding, and effective patient care. We conduct a full risk assessment when needed, help integrate with your event’s safety planning, and offer multilingual support. Every package is tailored to your specific requirements—whether you need a solo medic for a small event or a full medical team for high-capacity venues. Payment and Deposits
At PoliMedic Event Medical Service, all pricing is tailored to each client and event. We provide custom quotes based on factors such as event size, risk level, location, required staffing levels, and medical equipment needs. This ensures you only pay for the cover that’s appropriate and necessary for your event. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. We offer flexible payment options for recurring or multi-day events. Quotes are free, with no obligation, and include a breakdown of services provided.
