Wedding Ceremony, Drink Reception, and Wedding Breakfast.
CEREMONY
- Pre-ceremony songs are played for about 30 minutes before the ceremony starts, time to set the mood and create a joyful and romantic atmosphere while the guests are arriving and taking their seats.
- Ceremony song while the bride walks down the aisle;
This is usually a romantic and emotional song and will be played at the right tempo to accompany the bride's memorable walk down the aisle. We will adapt the length of the song on the spot so that it ends as soon as you complete the walk.
We can help with the choice of the songs, or if you've got any particular song in mind, we'll be happy to learn it and send you a recording or video of our violin/guitar arrangement.
- Signing of the register usually involves two songs.
- Exit song to celebrate the excitement of the couple walking down the aisle as a married couple.
Sometimes we play over a backing track on the recessional song to enhance the end of the ceremony and celebrate you as a married couple. We usually produce our backing tracks, adding just some percussion and bass when we want the song to sound bigger, but we can also play it without a backing track if required, or if it doesn't fit the song you've chosen.
Please note that we include one (1) song request in our package. For any additional song request not included in our general set list, which we would have to learn, we will charge from a min of 20£ to a max of 50£, according to the song difficulty, to be agreed in person.
DRINKS RECEPTION
After the ceremony, we will entertain you and your guests and create a charming and engaging atmosphere during your reception drinks/canapes and whilst you have your photographs taken.
We've got a colourful set list that includes pop, jazz, Irish, country, and gipsy jazz songs. We can talk with you about your music preferences to make the program better, whether you prefer a more chilled-out and relaxed atmosphere or a more upbeat and dancey vibe.
WEDDING BREAKFAST
We will create a charming atmosphere during your wedding breakfast with some jazz and gypsy jazz classics, and more contemporary love songs.
Our sound will be set at an adequate level so that your guests will be comfortable talking to each other while enjoying the engaging atmosphere.

We understand that sometimes the ceremony and the drinks are not happening at the same location, and we are happy to relocate, but please be aware that it will take us about 15' to move our gear. We have a double-speaker PA to pre-set up in two locations and are fully equipped to play in remote locations on battery without power for up to two hours.
We like to be at the venue two hours before we start playing to set up without disruptions and make sure everything is in place before your guests arrive at the venue.
Our excellent BOSE sound system, stage lights, transport (within a 100-mile radius), and VAT are included in the price.
For longer trips and central London Congestion Charge and parking, we negotiate a refund based on the specific case.
All our equipment is PAT test certified, and we have Public Liability Insurance cover up to 10 million.
We appreciate it if there is some food and a drink provided when we finish our performance (we have no dietary requirements).
We're particularly busy with weddings from June to September, so we recommend not leaving the booking to the last minute if your wedding is happening in those months.
