  • Live Stream and recording + travel

    Our hourly rate. Useful to calculate live streaming services for wedding ceremonies and funerals. we recommend budgeting up to 3 hours for a wedding ceremony and 2 hours for a funeral, but this can be calculated at the time of booking. Our costs include setting up the equipment before the event and this time is not charged for. Travel is charged separately at £1/mile from our Dorset base. Use the 8 hour price for day long events (5 up to 8 hours). For example a conference or wedding day. An additional charge might be incurred for evening events. When booking this service, consider any change of location i.e. church to hotel reception. There will be a delay in moving the equipment between venues and this might incur extra costs.
