All our shows are tailored to your individual event and include meet and greet with the riders and horses between performances. Performances can be split into two x 30 minute displays or longer singular displays are also available. If you aren't able to accommodate a full show, we have Knights on Horseback, and other characters, available for publicity and meet and greet. Areas covered and details Our team travel nationally and in Europe, are fully insured and we can provide the whole arena if required for shows up to 500 visitors. We provide a thrilling medieval combat with people fighting for victory in the tournament, and cover the North-East of England (though sometimes further).. Vanguard is a medieval reenactment group (primarily portraying the 13th century) that offers displays of living history and sends to the fields knights and men-at-arms - offering a wide and in-depth portrayal of life and warfare in medieval England. Typically, shows put on by Vanguard are reminiscent of Knights' Tournaments and have several households pitted against each other, before returning to camp to view the civilian side of life.
