The Billy Can is a mobile catering company offering a flexible catering service for outdoor events. Flexible Service We operate from a 16-foot mobile unit, custom-fitted to meet the latest safety and food hygiene standards. It is designed for versatile use, functioning as both a traditional retail catering trailer and a mobile kitchen for private or corporate events. If required, we can also provide a 6x3m easy-up marquee with tables and seating. Excellent Food Our food is of excellent quality, made from scratch using fresh ingredients. We tailor each menu to the specific event, providing a varied menu throughout the day, from breakfast to evening meals. Environmentally Aware We are committed to using local and Fairtrade ingredients when possible. All of our disposable cups, plates, and cutlery are biodegradable, supplied by Vegware, an Edinburgh company. We also use environmentally friendly cleaning products. Professional and Reliable We are registered as a food business with Highland Council and are fully inspected, qualified, certified, and insured. As members of the Nationwide Caterers Association, we ensure a professional and reliable service. All certificates and documents are available upon request.
