Ember Pizza is a family-run business. We sell handmade wood-fired pizzas from our unique van. Our pizzas are authentically Italian and of the highest quality. Our van is new, self-contained, and provides a great focal point when our oven is lit. We also sell our own good quality homemade cakes, Italian soft drinks, and water. We do not sell or use single-use plastics. We cater for vegetarian, lactose/gluten-free, and vegan diets. Ember Pizza has the highest food hygiene rating of 5.
