I pride myself on my freshly prepared, home cooked food. I serve from a converted 1970s Rice Horse box and can also provide catering in a domestic or commercial setting. My trailer is a fully converted 1989 rice horse box which runs solely on battery & solar power, there is absolutely no noise (apart from the grinding of perfect beans) my trailer is fully self sufficient which makes me available off grid. I serve a vast range of barista coffee, teas, hot chocolate, bubble tea, cakes & tray bakes, pic n mix, etc.
