With a personal licence, I can serve alcohol, transforming the van into a mobile bar. Popular menus include: - USA menu with Philly steak and cheese sandwiches, wild boar hotdogs, and loaded nachos. - Pulled meats or vegan Tuscan bean salad loaded onto fries or in a wrap. - A variety of meat and vegan curries, soups, and stews, all homemade from scratch. - Vietnamese and Japanese dishes like Pho, Katsu curry, and Ramen.
