Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, he travelled across Europe collecting recipes and ideas. Luis finally settled in the UK, residing in Harrogate, and is aiming to bring his expertise and flair to make your next dinner party an affair to remember. Luis commented: “Being from Portugal I am of course akin to working with fish and seafood, in combination with colourful veg and fresh herbs. My cooking also has French, Italian and Indian influences.” He also specialises in “free from” catering, having catered for vegan weddings, guests with allergies, and other specific dietary requirements.
