I went on to work for some of the best chefs in the country as well as abroad, from Michelin stars to the world top 50 restaurants.

Danny won the accolade at last year's Carlsberg UK Northamptonshire Food & Drink Awards, receiving the award for Chef of the Year 2019/20.
