Overview
I am a semi retired chef and have had built for me a fully equipped mobile kitchen so i wont, for most of the time, get in your way in your kitchen. I work with each client to create their own personalised menu. So whether you want an intimate dinner party for 10, or a full roast meal for 20, or a paella for nearly 100.
I work with each client on their own personalised menu, so if there is a theme running through an event, I try to match a menu to the event - this is unique!. I have cooked menus with the "roaring 20's", "Harry Potter" and "Abba" themes, so why not test me? Even if there is no theme I will try to create the perfect menu for you and you guests. In 2019 I produced just under 100 individual menus and fed over 2000 people!
