“We hired Mike for our son and daughter in laws wedding celebration on New Year's Eve. From the initial contact to the night of the event, Mike was always easy to contact which meant the evening was really easy to organise. Mike was immaculately turned out and his pipe playing first class. He played a large selection of tunes and to top it all he piped the bride and groom into the main hall which was truly fantastic. Mike stayed on to have photo after photo taken with all the guests. A real gentleman. I would highly recommend Mike to play at any given function. Thanks for making a great night even more special. ”

“Hi Jackie and Andy,
Just wanted to say thank you for making our Masonic Ladies Night the best yet.
You worked tirelessly to make sure everything was spot on … From the initial communications right through to making sure everything ran like clockwork.
You accommodated our every need around toasts, background music, raffle and choice of music.
You ensured you had the traditional Masonic songs expected to round off the night.
Equally importantly you ensured the sound levels were spot on so everyone could enjoy the evening.
The variety of the sets, disco and show girls gave our evening the wow factor and Andy was outstanding in entertaining our guests and reaching out to everyone.
We have received nothing but praise from everyone attending at what a fantastic time they had and that ranged from the youngest in their 20’s to the oldest in their 80’s… They were all on the dance floor, all night.
Thank you for making our night one to treasure, with happy faces all round. Good times.

“I booked the A2 Barn Dance Band for my 50th birthday party and I’m really glad I did. I invited family and friends so there was a wide age range and the caller Chris did a fabulous job picking dances that we could all do, adults and children alike
From the start of the booking process I felt that Barbara was really keen to make sure that the evening was what I wanted it to be. She gave us some advice about choosing a venue and planning the evening. There were lots of emails between us and I always got a quick reply.
On the night the band arrived in good time to set up. Sadly the person who was meant to open up the hall for us was late so there was a bit of a panic about getting in, but the band were wonderfully patient and set up in double quick time so the evening could get underway as planned.
The music was fabulous, really lively tunes to dance to and some quieter ones to listen to in between when we needed to catch our breath. We all went home with music ringing in our ears and lots of my guests said it was the best birthday party they'd ever been to. It’s certainly a night I’ll remember for the rest of my life and I’m already thinking of booking the A2 Barn Dance Band again for my 60th. ”
