We arrive two hours before service to set up and cook fresh, crispy, melty cheese toasties to order. After the event, we ensure a thorough clean-up, leaving your venue spotless and taking all our rubbish with us. Ours is levelled up with a sumptuous béchamel sauce. - Three Cheese: The original cheese blend with a creamy, sharp, strong Shropshire blue cheese and sweet red onion chutney. - Toastie al Limone: Our take on the zesty pasta dish, this combines the original blend with parmesan, lemon juice and zest, and rocket. - Smokey and Spicy: Earthy, sweet, and gently spicy vegan black bean chilli with jalapeños.
