Nisha Riat: Raised in London by Indian parents who emigrated from Africa, Nisha developed a passion for Mumbai street food and mastered Indian cooking through her rich heritage. She has completed a professional cookery course with Leiths Online Cookery School and holds Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness certificates. Avneet Riat: With over 20 years in corporate consulting for startups, scaleups, and enterprise businesses, Avneet has a deep understanding of Indian cuisine from living in the UK, India, and Canada. He spent 8 years in a senior role at Just Eat Takeaway, gaining extensive experience in the global food industry. He holds Level 3 Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness certificates.
