Booking our free mobile bar for your event eliminates many of the headaches associated with managing this aspect yourself. Our team handles everything from setting up earlier in the day, chilling and preparing all drinks, supplying all glasses and glassware, serving drinks swiftly and efficiently, to disposing of and recycling all rubbish in a full clean-up at the end of the night. Our bar staff are the life and soul of the party, known for being friendly, fun, and helpful, while maintaining a professional approach to going above and beyond for both hosts and guests. Disco Bar offers the opportunity to combine a bar and a disco in one! Our jukebox disco option, if chosen, comes complete with speakers, lights, and a jukebox system that allows your guests to choose their favourite songs while they're at the bar getting drinks. The speakers are built into the bar unit itself, making Disco Bar a great way to save space at smaller events. Even at larger events, it ensures the bar is the main focal point of any venue. As well as allowing your guests to choose the music, we can also set the jukebox system to a playlist of your choice. You won't have a DJ controlling the music, but your guests will feel more at ease on the dance floor! If you opt for a separate DJ at your event, our bar unit can be set up without the speakers and equipment, functioning purely as a bar. The bar unit remains a stunning illuminated feature and focal point of any venue, whether it's also a disco setup or not. The unit can be colour-coordinated to your choice, and for larger events, including festivals, we offer a beer tent setup styled to the theme of the day. Whether it's a Christmas market or a summer barn fete, our bar team uses lighting and props to set the scene, dressing to suit the occasion. Our drinks menu features award-winning ales, ice-cold draughts, and popular spirits and mixers, all at competitive prices, around just £2.50 for most drinks.
