We specialise in smoking and slow-cooking British pork, baby back ribs, and beef, creating mouth-watering rolls with coleslaw or smoky BBQ slaw.
Our 14ft catering trailer is fully equipped to offer a variety of food options. Smoked slow-cooked meats are our speciality, with pulled pork and pulled beef being the most popular. We can also slow-cook other meats and, when available, offer a vegetarian option of pulled jackfruit.
