Welcome! The Copper Top Bar is a mobile bar based in Brighton and available to hire across the country. Specialising in cocktails, we provide bespoke bar packages for any event. The Copper Top was originally an old Rice horse trailer, found and restored by us, Tilly and Ruaridh ('Rory' in Scottish), with our own fair hands. Everything you see was done by the two of us, from design to finish, and we're very proud of what we have achieved. The final result is something a bit quirky and will get your guests talking. Tilly is a professional ecologist, so we're pretty eco-conscious. Our bars were both made from recycled pallets, we only use biodegradable straws made from paper and crushed seashells, recyclable plastic cups, and we serve local beers, ales, and organic wines where possible. Together, we have well over 10 years of experience working in cocktail bars and restaurants across the UK, France, and Switzerland. We'll be a friendly and professional team to help you from beginning to end. We specialise in cocktails, but we're all about personalisation, and we will do our very best to make sure our drinks menu and approach are unique to you and your event. We promise to give you an honest price for a bar that's a bit different and will make your party, event, or wedding stand out.
