We create delicious wood-fired, thin and crispy stone-baked pizzas using ethically sourced local ingredients, with unique toppings like feta, black olive, and sun-dried tomato.

Based in Knighton, Powys, we cater to events from Chester to Gloucester, including the A49 corridor from Hereford, Worcester, Leominster, Ludlow, and Shrewsbury. We are experienced in catering for events ranging from 100 to 10,000 people, accommodating all dietary needs (except coeliac). We use the highest quality ingredients, including catering-grade, sustainable, compressed beech wood for our ovens. We thrive at high-end food festivals and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of larger music events. Our business ethos focuses on sustainability, reusability, and environmental responsibility, while our culinary ethos is to provide a fresh, from-scratch, value-for-money experience. We are a family-run business with family values.
