The reason I started my business was that I wanted to share my food I have been cooking for a number of years with others. I'm very passionate about my cooking and believe in my products. I mainly like to focus on home made produce e.g. my home made buns and breads or Naturally Gluten Free Arepas (corn bread pockets - crispy on the outside gooey in the middle). These Arepas or breads are filled with delicious meats that are locally sourced from my butcher in Arundel. My meat eating products range from a Pulled Beef Brisket (with a kick) to Shredded Venison haunch to Meat Balls in a bun. During the winter months I'm putting together some 'Winter Warming' products in my home made soups and stews served with my home made buns or Arepa. Services: I can offer services ranging from solely 'Naturally Gluten Free' catering to 'Mixed Catering including both Gluten Free and Non-Gluten Free Products' Locations: I'm based in Horsham, West Sussex but I am happy to cater in the South East of England (including London). My intention is to get a unique van for easy accessibility to venues and events.
