All of our Toastmaster Wedding packages include: - Assisting speakers with the preparation and rehearsals of their speeches if required. - A friendly face to welcome your guests. - Greeting the Bride and Bridegroom and all of your guests. - Introducing all guests to the Bridal party. - Advising all guests as to the seating plan and their tables. - Announcing the grand entrance of the Bride and Groom. - Introducing and announcing your speakers. - Working in conjunction with the Banqueting Manager. - Liaising with the caterers, photographers, and musicians behind the scenes. - Circulating your Guest Book. - Assisting with the traditional cutting of the cake. - Helping with any individual presentations and bouquets of flowers. - Ensuring all of your plans are carried out to detail at the venue. - Ensuring any special requests to accommodate elderly and disabled guests are in place.
