We primarily smoke & slow cook British pork, baby back ribs & beef for long periods of time, pull the meat apart and make them into delicious bread rolls, with coleslaw or smokey BBQ Slaw.

We have a 14ft catering trailer, equipped to provide a number of different types food. Smoked slow cooked meats are our specialty, pulled pork and pulled beef the 2 most popular. We can slow cook a number of other meat products and also when available do a vegetarian option of pulled jack fruit.
