We are a Vintage singing duo specialising in the songs of the 1940s also offering 50s/60s & musical theatre. Based in Norfolk.

Singing duo, JOHN & CHRISSIE have been performing together since Spring 2002 and launched Timescape in Spring 2004 specialising in songs from the 1940s and from stage & screen. They have toured Norfolk and beyond with their blend of old and new favourites to day care centres, residential homes, sheltered housing, fetes, churches, air museums, VE/VJ celebrations and 40’s events as well as parties and private functions in homes and village halls with many repeat bookings & recommendations.Average length of programme 1 hour for smaller venues & daytime with 2 or 3 performers. For larger evening & weekend events, dances, fetes etc they can offer a longer programme tailored to your needs. Shows can be performed in British RAF/ENSA or American uniform or alternatively in civilian attire of the period. SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY (our most popular show) A selection of favourites from 1940s & earlier from both sides of the Atlantic including the songs of Glenn Miller, Vera Lynn, Anne Shelton, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Cole Porter & many more in a variety of styles. They also offer ROCKING 50S SWINGING 60S and a MAGIC OF THE MUSICALS programme as well as other special seasonal programmes while John also performs a JOHN DENVER tribute. Fees start from £80 + travelling for care homes/daycentres and from £150 for evening/weekend events.
