Our catering trailers cater for all the usual things you would expect, full cooked breakfasts, to hot dogs, beef burgers,Bacon Roll, Chips, Cheesy Chips, Scampi, Chicken Nuggets, hot and cold drinks. We also supply Fish & chips from our custom made fish and chip van. We have been in catering for over 15 years. Currently at a static site in Chichester opposite Wickes serving hot fresh food. We have catered for private events and public events/Festivals with our team of chefs. We are members of Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) number 20755 We were runners-up in the Mobile and Outside Caterers Association nominations for the best catering van. We currently have an 18 ft mobile high output catering trailer capable of even the most demanding events. We have a 5 star hygiene rating and serve locally sourced ingredients featuring the Famous Selsey Sausage. All of our Gourmet Burgers and sausages are hand crafted and delicately flavoured to our own special recipe by an award winning master butcher. Our rolls are baked fresh every day by our local bakery to our exacting standards. Catering to us is not a job it is a passion that we have had for a few years and we are living the dream. It can be demanding but providing quality food is what we are about and what inspires the team. We hold £10,000,000 public Liability insurance and all members of the team hold minimum of Level 2 Hygiene certificates.
