Elsa was really involved with Safa and many other children at the hospital. The smile on Safa's face was so huge and beautiful thanks to Elsa. This visit is one that neither Safa or anyone else will forget and we all wholeheartedly thank Elsa and Sarah who organised it literally on the Friday for the next day Saturday. The communication with the staff is wonderful and I won't hesitate to contact them again if I want to have entertainment at a party! The information about the creatures is fascinating and given in a really interesting style so as to keep young ones engaged throughout. Brilliant.”
