Chop and Chip Co was founded in 2013 by two friends, Marcus and Fergus, who shared a passion for good food. Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant-quality dishes on-the-go, they created a unique street food concept. Chop and Chip Co's mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings. The menu allows you to build your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavours to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish. They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer, which they painstakingly restored. Today, they can be found at various outdoor events across the country, serving with pride from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer. Bertha continues to influence everything they do, and you will always see hints of her wherever they go. All their food is designed for ease of eating, so there's no need for knives and forks; everything can be picked up. Each dish is served with a choice of dry seasoning, from 'Beginners Luck' for the less adventurous to 'Lip Tingler' for those who enjoy a bit more spice. They pride themselves on offering tasty food, stripped back to the essentials.
