Flossie's is a small business aiming to spread the love of coffee at local markets, festivals, community events, and pop-up locations across the UK. The beverage menu will include a variety of espresso-based drinks, herbal and classic teas, catering to a wide audience. In addition to drinks, customers can enjoy comforting baked goods and a selection of seasonal merchandise such as motivational prints, handmade keychains, badges, and printed tote bags. Flossie's Bar & Brew is available to hire for private events. Both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages upon request. Flossie’s was created from a love of hospitality, creativity, and the belief that small moments like meeting a friend for coffee can have a big impact on mental well-being. After many years working in customer-facing and leadership roles within hospitality and the cruise industry, I wanted to create something personal, mobile, and community-focused. Flossie’s brings together quality coffee, comforting bakes, and uplifting messages to encourage people to get out, meet others, and take time for themselves. The business is inspired by the idea that coffee can be a connector, and that positivity, kindness, and conversation belong in everyday spaces.
