We use high-welfare meats, high-quality sustainable British wood for smoking, and sustainable, compostable packaging, reflecting our commitment to the environment. Smoking not only cures and preserves but also imparts unique flavours to meat, fish, poultry, or vegetables. After years of experimenting with natural smoked flavours, meats, and vegetables, we are excited to bring our epicurean passions to Fontmell Smokehouse. All our dishes are slow-cooked and marinated with our own blend of herbs and spices.
