I'm Corinne from Brittany, crafting authentic savoury gluten-free buckwheat galettes and sweet crêpes using the freshest local organic ingredients.

I work alongside Clémentine, my mobile vintage caravan, equipped with gas bottles and solar panels. We offer a vegetarian menu with many vegan options. In Brittany, savoury galettes made from buckwheat batter are followed by sweet crêpes made from regular wheat flour. Each region has its own way of making the batter. Hopala’s buckwheat galettes are crafted from the finest organic Breton buckwheat flour, salt, and water, which is then fermented.
