Cafe2U's mobile catering vans will happily come to your sporting or community events. Cafe2U mobile coffee vans charge competitive café prices and there is no cost incurred (to you) by booking. Cafe2U mobile catering vans are also available for corporate or private events. This service provides you with unlimited espresso coffees and other hot beverages throughout your event; a minimum charge is made per hour and this is discussed with the Cafe2U operator during the booking process. Cool drinks and food can also be organised with your operator at an additional cost. Note: Payment arrangement are made directly with the operator but will usually be either a direct deposit in advance of the event, or a cheque on completion of the event. Cafe2U operators are professional baristas, serving our exclusive blend of coffee in our professionally branded cups. Operators are uniformed and trained in Safe Food Handling (HACCP). This means, reliable and professional service for both you and your customers. All you need to do is submit the enquiry form and we will do the rest. One of our experienced Event Co-Coordinators will contact you within the next working day. They will discuss the event with you, take further details, and then confirm if we have a Cafe2U in your area who is able to attend.
