Chipsy®️, established in 2017, set out to revive the food choices on offer while exploring the crossroads of street food and gourmet. They’ve gone all out to ensure that people can enjoy the freshest of high-quality ingredients, well-cooked and mind-blowingly tasty! The team specialise in amazing triple-cooked chips served with a choice of more than 50 mouth-watering dishes and their incredible selection is a combination of British classics and international standards. Think fresh cod on one plate and delectable Wagyu steak burger on another, all served with freshly cooked, crisp and tasty triple cooked chips! Their ingredients are sourced from responsible suppliers and all their packaging is 100% recyclable while they buy their meat from Smithfields meat market, their fish from Billingsgate Market and their vegetables from Spitalfields Market, ensuring the best possible quality. What makes these guys different is the fact that their food is passionately prepped and always served with a flourish - it’s a gourmet experience in a food truck!
