Experience As far as experience I have been a full time professional DJ for over 2 decades and approaching 5000 gigs across a broad range of events and clubs across the globe, i’ve never really viewed myself as just a mobile DJ and 4500 of my gigs have been in various types of clubs from house, pop, dance, RnB, indie etc. Playlists I’m always happy to work from a music guide or playlist. Mic Style I tend to prefer to let the music do the talking, I’m well spoken and polite and I will make announcements as required but I don’t profess to being a comedian and you won’t hear me trying to be one. As you can see all look more like a nightclub DJ box. Even the basic rig has a very powerful 2000W using high quality QSC and Mackie Speakers. I use an Apple MacBook Pro Quad Core with SSD for speed and reliability and have a back up system running from my iPad. I have 15,000 popular tracks on my Hard Drive and i’m happy to download others if you have a playlist and even on the night. I’m fully insured and all kit is PAT tested, details of which will be forwarded when needed. We used Karlton for our wedding at the end of September this year but have also used him for previous events so when it came to our wedding Karlton was a no-brainer. In the lead up to the wedding, Karlton was brilliant; really accommodating,nothing was too much trouble and even created a bespoke first dance mix for us. He liaised with the band and they worked together so that the music never stopped and the party continued. We also had a pair of "singing waiters" who Karlton liaised with and helped ensure that the "Waiters" were able to give a brilliant performance by meeting their needs for sound, resulting in the perfect surprise for our guests. On the night, the music Karlton played appealed to all tastes and the lighting he used meant that the perfect party atmosphere was created and maintained throughout the night.
