Flowers By Arrangement is a family-owned business established in 1991. We are one of the few Swansea florists still owned by the original proprietors, with over 100 years of combined experience in the floristry trade. We are the only florist in West Glamorgan featured in the prestigious "Good Florist Guide." Our team is led by Donna, who began her training at Karen's Flower Boutique and studied at Pencoed College of Horticulture. After qualifying, she managed a shop before starting Flowers By Arrangement in 1991, building a reputation for quality and service. Paul, Donna's partner in life and business, joined in 1993 after a career in IT. His skills help keep the shop up to date with technology. He handles a bit of everything, including bookkeeping, delivering, specialist tribute design, and quality control. Jo-anne, Donna's sister, has been with us since the beginning. Her extensive knowledge of running a flower shop is invaluable, and she keeps the team organised and motivated. Karen joined in 2008 with over 20 years of experience. She trained at Pencoed College and worked at the Original Brynhyfryd Flowerbox and Erica Reynolds before joining us. Sam, known to her friends as Pop, joined in 2011 with a lifetime of experience. She grew up in the trade, taking over her mother's shop before joining our team. Chloe, Jo's daughter, has been part of our shop since childhood. She became our Saturday Girl after leaving school and has extensive experience, even as she trains to become a hairdresser and beauty therapist.
