Smoked is our US style BBQ offerings that uses our unique “Smoketrain” to serve a range fresh, unique and above all tasty dishes.

Our five-metre locomotive, a work of art in its own right, is not what it first appears. Encased within the heavy-gauge steel are a smoking oven and barbecue, fired by wood and charcoal, that enable us to smoke and grill a variety of foods – all at the same time if required. This means that once we’ve rolled into position at a venue, we can offer Texas-style BBQs, grilled steak, blackened lobster, or perhaps smoked fish, cheeses and veg dishes – all handcrafted in real time to be both tasty and healthy.
