Samantha Dimblebee has over 10 years experience and a long family tradition of delivering only the best hospitality and catering services in Leicester. Indeed the family have owned and run many very well respected establishments within the County over the generations – the Red Lion in Rothley, The Fox in Lutterworth, and the Wheatsheaf Inn at Woodhouse Eaves to name a few. We look to build on our family heritage and to celebrate the local Leicestershire area. Samantha originally trained at 'Norths' at Rothley, 'The Case' restaurant, and co-founded 'Greens Outside Catering Ltd' in Loughborough which offered her outside catering and Chef at Home service as well her corporate buffet catering until 2009. The creation of 'Dimblebee Catering' realised a lifelong ambition, and the Company has received a stream of accolades since opening. We are approved to some of the Countys' most prestigeous venues, and Samantha and her Team have a fantastic reputation and enthusiasm.
